Made to Order Artworks

Since all our artworks are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders received in expected condition.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue at theartwarehouse91@gmail.com.

Our team will review your case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Repair (where applicable)
  • Replacement of the damaged item
  • Store credit for the item value

Please note:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural to handmade art and are not considered defects.
  • Customised or personalised artworks cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refund Policy

Once your return or damage claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Approved claims are resolved with store credit only.
  • Store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days of claim approval.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on The Art Warehouse.

Store credit will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Orders received in expected and undamaged condition.
  • Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture inherent to handmade artworks.
  • Customised or personalised items without any quality or damage issues.

Shipping & Logistics

We work with trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery. Here's how we handle logistics issues:

  • Delayed Deliveries: Our artworks are hand-painted and made to order. Occasional delays may occur due to artist availability, weather, or courier and customs clearance. We will keep you informed and follow up until resolution.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Art Warehouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Discretion

All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of The Art Warehouse. We are committed to being fair, transparent, and helpful — and we deeply value your support for our artists.
