Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made paintings may take 7–14 business days to create before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (India) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Partners

Domestic (India): We ship through trusted Indian courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and DTDC depending on your location and order size.

International: We ship via DHL and FedEx for reliable worldwide delivery.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
  • The Art Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs at theartwarehouse91@gmail.com.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or store credit once confirmed.

Address Changes & Order Issues

  • Please contact us as soon as possible for any address changes or order modifications before your order is shipped.
  • Once dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery destination.
