Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-made paintings may take 7–14 business days to create before shipping.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic (India) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by country)
Shipping Partners
Domestic (India): We ship through trusted Indian courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and DTDC depending on your location and order size.
International: We ship via DHL and FedEx for reliable worldwide delivery.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
- The Art Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs at theartwarehouse91@gmail.com.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or store credit once confirmed.
Address Changes & Order Issues
- Please contact us as soon as possible for any address changes or order modifications before your order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery destination.
